* Add recipe for ahmed-bhs/doctrine-doctor 0.1 Runtime analysis tool for Doctrine ORM integrated into Symfony Web Profiler. Features: - 66 specialized analyzers (performance, security, code quality, configuration) - Detects N+1 queries, missing indexes, slow queries - Identifies security issues (DQL injection, sensitive data exposure) - Validates database configuration and code quality - Auto-configured for dev/test environments - Comprehensive configuration with production-ready defaults * Remove aliases from manifest.json (not supported in contrib repository) * Update doctrine_doctor.yaml configuration Comment out detailed analyzer configuration in doctrine_doctor.yaml to avoid conflicts and provide a cleaner base configuration.
