Ryan Weaver 91ebb0fa08 removing services_test.yaml from symfony/phpunit-bridge recipe 
Since Symfony 4.1, you can fetch private services from a test using
a special method - creating public aliases is not required anymore.

Grzegorz KorbaandGitHub 6292149217 Updated PHPUnit version in XSI namespace 
Since default `SYMFONY_PHPUNIT_VERSION` is set to 6.5 in `bin/phpunit`, it should be used also in XSI namespace to allow for example `showOnlySummary` in text code coverage output.

Grégoire Pineau 04b423be6b Fixed default phpunit.xml.dist: add filter/whitelist 
If we don't do that, phpunit is not able to compute the code coverage.
We get the following error without it:

Error:         Incorrect whitelist config, no code coverage will be generated.
