Simon AndréandGitHub d39484998a [Webpack-Encore] Remove "ux" alias 
Currently if someones types "composer req ux" after a base symfony install ... he ends up with webpack encore.

Worse, the same thing happens if user installed symfony "--webapp", as they will end up with both AssetMapper and Webpack Encore installed.

Finally, and the initial reason I checked this: we will soon need the "ux" alias for the UX Bundle.

PS: not sure if this would require a release to be effective... and hope it does not 😅

The cache option is specified twice, feels like the one under `webpack_encore` https://github.com/symfony/recipes/blob/923757ec093b9b7831891af0462bd5dfb031f020/symfony/webpack-encore-bundle/1.10/config/packages/webpack_encore.yaml#L33-L35 was left over when `when@prod` was added while it should have been replaced.
