* Add expo skill
* Address Expo team review feedback
- Replace deprecated runOnJS with scheduleOnRN from react-native-worklets
- Use .get()/.set() on shared values for React Compiler support
- Memoize v2 gestures with useMemo; add RNGH v3 hook API migration note
- Install via npx expo install; babel-preset-expo configures worklets plugin
- Add dependency table and native options (NativeTabs, Link.Menu/Preview,
headerLargeTitle, RefreshControl, keyboard-controller, Skia) to tool table
- Add formSheet platform caveats (Android detent cap, iOS-only grabber,
no nested stacks on Android, fitToContents sizing)
- Hoist layout-animation builders to module scope per Reanimated docs
- Never write shared values during render; describe RN/UI/worker runtimes
- Bring toast under the 300ms cap; add setup section to RECIPES
- Clarify press feedback passes the frequency gate only when near-imperceptible
