Magnus Hedemarkandfactory-droid[bot] <138933559+factory-droid[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> c8103784f8 feat(nous-branding): split SKILL.md into focused references 
Body was ~24k chars, past the new 20k token-budget gate. Moves the
style-lane grammar + prompt cues + asset catalog into
references/style-lanes.md, the full visual system (palettes, mascot,
typography, textures, art style) into references/visual-system.md, and
post-processing modes/intensity calibration into
references/post-processing.md. SKILL.md keeps triggers, the negative
boundary, prompt templates, API notes, anti-patterns, compliance
checklist, and a Loading Guide table; body is now 12,042 chars.

Also adds evals/evals.json (6 output-quality cases incl. one
should-not-trigger case) to satisfy the eval-coverage ratchet, and adds
a "When not to use" section so the changed-skill quality gate passes.

Magnus Hedemark 9eca0ec761 docs: add pitfalls reference doc and version tracking to nous-branding skill 
Adds references/pitfalls.md cataloging known failure modes across
6 categories (mascot generation, image editing, safety, provider
quirks, prompt engineering, pipeline tooling) with a quick-reference
fix table.

Updates SKILL.md with version 1.1.0 in frontmatter and a consolidated
'What Is NOT On-Brand' section with anti-pattern table.

Magnus Hedemark 3da776f75b refactor: add style lane system and reference catalog to nous-branding SKILL.md 
Restructures the generation guidance into 6 explicit style lanes
(Xerox Poster, Manual/Letterpress, Industrial Duotone, Minimal
Stipple, Blue Registration, Legacy PNW/Celestial) with prompt
templates and per-lane guidance.

Adds a reference catalog table mapping each assets/ image to its
recommended style lanes and use cases.

Closes #35

Magnus Hedemark 612086170d feat: add post-processing script for analog print effects 
Adds scripts/postprocess.py with 14 analog-print degradation effects
(warm grade, CRT scanlines, film grain, Bayer dither, vignette,
chromatic aberration, screen print texture, paper fiber, ink bleed,
palette compression, xerox threshold, registration offset, plate
wobble, print scuffs) and corresponding SKILL.md documentation.

Adapted from the approach pioneered by plntrprotocol/nous-branding
(MIT) — same goals, independent implementation.

Supports three modes: imprint (full 14 effects), nous (9 base effects),
standard (6 light effects). Intensity calibration from 0.45 to 0.8+.

- Complete Nous Research brand identity documentation
- Official Nous Girl mascot specs from the brand booklet
- Color palette (Electric Blue #3847FF + 5 more), typography system,
  texture system, design principles
- 7 reference images in assets/ (3 official from brand booklet, 4 generated)
- scripts/generate-with-ref.py — hits OpenAI /v1/images/edits directly with
  reference image upload, bypassing text-only image_generate tool
- 4 prompt templates: text-only, mascot portrait, system sheet, reference-image
- Brand compliance checklist
- AGENTS.md trigger table and README.md index updated
