The quality validator enforces an imperative-verb description plus a
negative boundary on every changed SKILL.md. The six renamed skills and
cli-builder carried no substantive boundary, so add a tailored
When-not-to-use section to each naming concrete alternatives (dashboard
administration, sibling platforms, adjacent skills). cli-builder lands
at 499 lines, inside the 500-line budget.

Magnus Hedemarkandfactory-droid[bot] <138933559+factory-droid[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> ff1dab9273 docs(skills): repair catalog cross-references after -cli renames
Update every audited reference site to the six renamed skills:
root README headings and links (and drop the jira-jql entry ahead of
its absorption), references/skill-triggers.md rows for jellyfin and
tempest plus four new-name rows for ghost/jira/openlibrary/tmdb,
scripts/grandfathered-skills.txt pruned to the three retained *-cli
entries, pyproject.toml deptry exclusion jellyfin-cli -> jellyfin,
neckbeard routing seams, cli-builder example names, and the lastfm /
verification-methodology eval texts mentioning jellyfin.

Magnus Hedemark c949fe4b5d fix(cli-builder): align Phase 4 architecture diagram with scripts/ convention
The "Completed Architecture" diagram in Phase 4 showed the CLI binary at the
skill root, but every other skill in this repo (and the Agent Skills spec)
places executable scripts in a `scripts/` subdirectory.

Changes:
- Replaced ASCII-art two-layer diagram with concrete directory structure
showing `scripts/servicex-cli` inside the skill directory
- Added Trigger/Execute layer table clarifying the role of each file
- Updated the "Agent opens session" flow to use `scripts/` relative paths
- Added deployment model comparison (scripts/ inside skill vs global PATH)
- Updated the "Installation instructions" entry in What NOT to Put table

Magnus Hedemark 0f38fd56a7 feat: add Phase 4 (Skillify) and skill-wrapper-example reference
Adds a new Phase 4 section to the cli-builder skill that teaches how
to wrap a CLI tool in an agentskills.io-compliant SKILL.md wrapper,
creating the two-layer architecture: CLI as execution engine + skill
as trigger surface. Includes a complete worked example (weather-cli)
with frontmatter conventions, essential commands, gotchas, and auth
wiring documentation.

Magnus Hedemark a1c83765a3 feat: add cli-builder skill — agent-friendly CLI design patterns
10 universal patterns for building CLI tools that AI agents can use
reliably: non-interactive, --json, --dry-run, idempotent, lazy auth,
progressive help, and more. Includes a bash scaffold template, Python
API client reference, advanced edge-case patterns, MCP-vs-CLI decision
framework, and an improvement cycle for iterating on shipped tools.

Principles grounded in real failures from building 15+ agent-facing
CLIs across multiple API services.
