* feat(skill): add genius-life core skill files Add genius-life/SKILL.md and the six references/ files (creative-process, practice-mode, development-mode, practices-catalog, evidence-basis, scope-and-safety) as original synthesis from the mission research library, with copyright-compliant paraphrase, named-fellow attribution, and honest framing. Templates, README, evals, and catalog integration ship in later features. Project Worksheet
A working sheet for developing a concrete project, idea, or problem through Prepare → Immerse → Incubate → Capture → Verify. Fill it in as you go; it is a tool, not a report.
Prepare — the real problem
- Problem in my own words: ____________
- What this project is really about: ____________
- What made me start it: ____________
- What success would look like: ____________
Reframings
- A broader statement: ____________
- A narrower statement: ____________
- A metaphor for the problem: ____________
- A hypothetical restatement (what if the constraint were gone?): ____________
Constraints
- Time: ____________
- Resources: ____________
- Context: ____________
Immerse — doing and studying
- What I will make, draft, prototype, or practice: ____________
- What I will study (including material from outside my field): ____________
- Raw material to collect without interpreting: ____________
- Conditions (environment, tools, time): ____________
Incubate — the deliberate break
- Break activity: ____________
- When the break starts and when it ends: ____________
- Capture system (where fragments will land): ____________
- Open questions to keep in mind: ____________
Capture — fragments
Add fragments as they arrive, without judging them.
Verify — checklist
- The idea has a concrete form (outline, draft, prototype, first version)
- I chose what to keep and let the rest go
- The result matches the question I framed. Where it misses: ____________
- There is a next version or a place to rest it, framed as temporary
- Review: what changed, what I learned, what feeds the next round
