A creativity practice for your own work and life: open conversations about creative blocks, habits, and conditions, or structured development of a concrete project or idea through a five-phase process.
Why Install This Skill
Generic "be more creative" advice either stays abstract or turns into a personality quiz. This skill gives your agent a way to actually work with you: it coaches one substantial question at a time in open sessions, and it runs a clear five-phase structure (Prepare, Immerse, Incubate, Capture, Verify) when you bring a concrete project or fledgling idea you want to move forward. It is grounded in practices observed across forty MacArthur Fellows and in modern creativity research, with the evidence stated honestly.
The skill is deliberately anti-myth. It will not promise breakthroughs, tell you whether you were "born creative," or assign you a creative personality type. Instead it helps you notice what comes naturally, rebuild the conditions around your best work, take risks with your eyes open, and learn from failure without judgment. You stay the author of your own work; the agent structures, asks, and guides — it never produces the work for you.

Do not load it for therapy or clinical support, general life coaching, requirements discovery or stakeholder interviews, or business ideation — and do not expect it to summarize the book it draws its orientation from.
