Magnus Hedemark fad0cf5b79 feat: add jellyfin-cli skill — Jellyfin media server CLI
CLI wrapper for the Jellyfin media server API. Commands: info,
recent (with --movies/--episodes filters), search, libraries, stats.

All cli-builder patterns: --json, --dry-run, --quiet, --verbose,
lazy auth, emit() dual-output, structured logging, pre-parsed
global flags. Auth via JELLYFIN_URL and JELLYFIN_API_KEY.
