New cases: hook-session-grok-edit-then-stop (Grok Build camelCase envelope, end_turn/shutdown/stopHookActive Stop handling,35ae0733+bfe634e2+3c442af7, #646), hook-session-codex-stop-decision (Codex Stop emits decision/block,c9e7cd8a, #603), and doctor-order-boot-and-deep (boot and deep findings keep their established artifact order,80997663). Re-recorded goldens whose old bytes froze pre-fix behavior, with a DELTAS.md entry naming each upstream hash: the Stop finding-cache sync (3c442af7), the Edit|Write manifests without the retired MultiEdit matcher (7d5c60d2), and the failWithRollback field order (1f2c3f9d). Prepared with AI assistance (Claude Code).
