Abdul WahabandClaude Fable 5 187e589ef7 Drop generated provider output from the feature branch ...

The 17 harness dirs and plugin/ revert to main's state: feature PRs are
source-first per CLAUDE.md, the post-merge sync workflow regenerates them,
and the committed snapshot was stale by one commit (its context.mjs
predated the DESIGN_CONTEXT directive). Also add .agent and .github/agents
to the sync workflow's GENERATED_PATHS so those two outputs stop relying
on manual release syncs.
