The live-reference test still asserted SKILL.src.md's pre-rewrite setup
phrasing, which failed every pipeline on main and here and blocked the
generated-output sync; the assertions now match the current text. The
sync list gains .veto, added in #675 but never listed. Two seed-world
seams in the comp-led phases close: DESIGN.md's named faces ride into
font-match as candidates instead of losing silently to a metric
lookalike, and a sampled spec color within render noise of a recorded
hex builds at the recorded value. The cue also stops claiming type
character it cannot carry; comp prompts name the recorded faces.
