skill v4.0.0-alpha.7: cultural surfaces are the work, not a funnel
Paul's Opus gallery observation: every impeccable 05-experimental-album generation reads decidedly SaaS while frontend-design's open with the art itself, especially at narrow viewports. Cause: the brand register prescribed stop-the-scroll/earn-the-click/convert for ALL brand surfaces. Split the register's deliverable by surface: product/service pages convert; cultural surfaces (album, portfolio, publication, body of work) lead with the artifact, recede the interface, and treat conversion grammar as a category error — the visitor meets the work in the first viewport at every screen size.
