Diagnose control lettering without dropping geometry checks

Apply typography measurements to text-bearing controls alongside the existing geometry checks. Remove guidance that assumes every control has button chrome. Keep scoring thresholds and classifications unchanged; cover the missing lettering diagnosis and non-text controls.

AI-assisted implementation and validation by Codex under maintainer direction.
