docs: add usage examples for slash commands

Fixes #42

Added detailed usage examples for the most commonly used commands:
- /audit, /normalize, /critique, /polish with concrete examples
- Shows how to combine commands in a workflow
- Adds 'When to use' guidance for each command

This makes the commands more discoverable and reproducible for users.
