PROVENANCE.md specs a design.json questionnaire/producedPaths schema that
shipped nowhere and contradicts the store DESIGN-CONTEXT-ARCHITECTURE.md
documents; design-context.html is an 89KB frozen prototype snapshot with
no inbound references (the port to picker/ is complete, and git history
keeps it); the README only indexed the two.

The 17 harness dirs and plugin/ revert to main's state: feature PRs are
source-first per CLAUDE.md, the post-merge sync workflow regenerates them,
and the committed snapshot was stale by one commit (its context.mjs
predated the DESIGN_CONTEXT directive). Also add .agent and .github/agents
to the sync workflow's GENERATED_PATHS so those two outputs stop relying
on manual release syncs.
